American Boarding Kennel Association
We are members of the ABKA, which requires participating boarding kennels to demonstrate their adherence to a comprehensive set of operational standards. These standards include over 200 detailed requirements for boarding kennels and were developed over many years by the ABKA, the international trade association for the owners and operators of commercial boarding kennels. The standards reflect the views of kennel operators, veterinarians, pet owners, and humane organizations and thus represent the "state of the art" in animal care and management.

The Christine Wilson Foundation has been established to remember Christine Wilson, for the warm and caring young lady that she was and to do something positive in her name. The Foundation will continue to fund annual $2,500 Scholarships to Bishop Watterson High School, a school she loved and admired. The Foundation donates to many charitable Children's causes including the following.
$37,500 Donated to the Children’s Hospital for their Family Advocacy Center for abuse
$10,000 Donated to the Children’s Hospital Burn Unit in 2006 for a treatment room renovation
$17,000 in scholarships awarded to 8 students (2 annually) planning to attend Bishop Watterson
$1,500 Donated to the Clothes Closet campaign for the Christ Child Society
$3,500 Donated to Juvenile Diabetes
$500 Homereach Hospice
for their Family Advocacy Center for abuse
