What are your hours and location?
We are located at 454 North Maple Street, Marysville, Ohio 43040. We are open:
Monday - Friday:
5:30am - 8pm
Pick up & drop offs: 5:30am - 8pm
Weekends & Holidays:
7am - 11am & 5pm - 8pm
Pick up & drop offs: 7am - 11am & 5pm - 8pm
My dog can be quiet and reserved. Will they be okay at daycare?
Yes! Our well-trained staff has experience with dogs of all temperaments. We will make sure all dogs are placed with a group of like-minded dogs. Our staff is always with the groups as well for added comfort.
My dog receives medication twice daily. How can I be sure they will receive it?
We have lots of guests with different medical needs. For no extra charge, we will administer medicine as needed for your pet. We ask that you provide clear directions and dosage at drop off.
What are your drop off and pick up times?
Monday through Friday, our drop-off starts as early as 5:30am to meet the busy schedules of our guests, and is open until 8:00pm. On weekends and holidays, these hours are 7am – 11am and 5pm - 8pm.
There are so many vaccines! Which ones you require?
The specific vaccines required for all guests are Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Para influenza, Parvovirus, Canine Influenza and Rabies. Bordetella is optional, but if it is administered, it must be done 2 weeks before admission to the Resort.
Before I pick my dog up from boarding, can they get groomed?
Absolutely! When you call to schedule your boarding reservation, we suggest scheduling your grooming appointment as well to make sure the time slot is reserved. Exit baths are available to our boarding guests at a discounted rate.
Can I bring my dogs favorite toy?
We suggest a favorite toy be left at home, but one or two items from home for our guests that are boarding are okay.
